I wish you health, dear Ukrainians!

We continue to return people from Russian captivity: today there are 160 more soldiers home. Almost all of them have been in captivity since 22. Defenders of Mariupol, Azovstal, the entire Donetsk region, and other areas. Zaporizhia, Kyiv region, Sumy region. We must return each and every one of them - both military and civilian - who is still in Russian captivity. We are checking each surname. This year, the results are tangible, the exchanges are ongoing. Thank you to the team that is engaged in negotiations and to each of our units that replenish the exchange fund for us, for Ukraine. Our offensive activity at the front and repelling Russian assaults are an opportunity, among other things, to return our people from Russia. More than 9,500 people have already been returned since the start of the full-scale war. This year alone - 1,596 of our Ukrainians. We are also waiting for the next stages. Thank you. And I especially want to thank everyone who doesn't leave people behind after they return – doesn't leave them without proper support. Adaptation, necessary treatment, solving social issues – all of this is important, and there must be care, there must be support.

Today, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko is in Kyiv with the results of the conference in Gdansk. We discussed the agreements: there are 160 agreements for Ukraine, the total volume is more than 10 billion euros. An important direction is energy and recovery in the regions. Now, during the summer, we need to fulfill the resilience plans of the regions and communities as much as possible. This is of principle. The agreements brought from the conference should complement this work.

We spoke in detail with diplomats about meetings and communication in June and July with our partners. Everything should be productive. Cyprus's presidency of the European Union, the next Irish presidency... There is important progress with clusters, we hope that there can be further movement. We are also preparing for the NATO summit in Ankara, there will be many bilateral formats. Strengthening our air defense is the first priority for us. Anti-ballistics, missiles and systems for Ukraine and a joint European project for the production of anti-ballistics - we need a real result. I am grateful to the leaders, I am grateful to the countries that are already with us in anti-ballistics. This work continues.

And one more thing.

Ukrainian soldiers prove the power of Ukrainian accuracy every day. Ukraine's long-range sanctions, medium-range sanctions are being fully implemented. These are our just answers to Russia for this war - a war that Russia started and that Russia must end. Russia must take this war with it from Ukraine - we do not need war. Ukraine has made proposals to key partners, and Putin's friends have heard from us that a meeting is possible and an end to this war is possible. Russia must take this step towards peace. I thank everyone who, together with us, is pushing Russia towards diplomacy. I thank everyone who is helping us to defend Ukraine, to defend human life.
