"The enemy does not abandon its intentions to occupy part of the region held by the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, it is shelling this territory with all available weapons. In particular, with tanks. Also yesterday, the Russians used artillery three times, mortars six times. They actively used fpv drones, " said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

In total, the enemy conducted 19 assaults in the Lymansky and Slavyansky directions.

Students in the so-called "LPR" are being forced to go to war in exchange for keeping their place in university. Such offers are made to those who try to retake the exam. They say they will be expelled anyway. Therefore, they have to agree to be a drone operator in order to avoid being drafted into the infantry. Those who agree are promised academic leave for the period of service.

The local population in Siverskodonetsk receives payments for cleaning and landscaping the territories. However, over the past 3.5 years, the city has turned into a complete dump. Residential blocks and streets are almost never cleaned by utility workers. There are mountains of garbage in the yards that have not been taken out for months. The same goes for construction debris. To solve the problem, the occupation authorities suggested that the townspeople clean the territory themselves and then pay for housing and utilities services.
