"Nine times the invaders looked for weak spots in the defense of Ukrainian soldiers in the Lyman and Slovian directions. They tried to advance near seven settlements. In Luhansk region - from the side of Tverdokhlibovye. The invaders used artillery twice. In five cases they struck with mortars. Their combat missions were carried out by five drones, " Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional military administration, informed.

In the so-called "LPR" for years there has been a shortage of specialists in various industries. Over time, the situation has only worsened. According to official data, the greatest shortage of personnel in the invaders arose in public administration (2.9 thousand people), education (2.8 thousand people), healthcare (2.5 thousand people). That is, there is an acute shortage of doctors, teachers, and civil servants. At the same time, a surplus of labor, according to the invaders, appeared in the mining industry. With the closure of coal mining enterprises, there were too many miners.

The occupying authorities of Luhansk region are artificially restraining inflation. Another decision is to order municipalities to set a maximum price limit for food products and some tariffs. The restrictions will be in effect until December 31. Usually, local authorities set prices lower than market prices, trying to fulfill the invaders' orders as much as possible. Businesses are operating at a loss and cannot count on state support.
