"Since the beginning of the last day, the invaders have tried to attack in the Lyman and Slovian directions 13 times. Fighting took place near six settlements. On the territory of our region, the enemy used artillery on four occasions and struck with mortars twice. The enemy sent 10 UAVs and FPV drones at the positions of Ukrainian soldiers," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

In Siverskodonetsk, the occupiers are forcing people to pay for the use of non-working elevators. The fee is charged regardless of whether the old cabins have been replaced with new ones, because none of them are functioning. But recalculation is possible only if an act of non-provision of appropriate services is drawn up for each of the elevators. Otherwise, the population will actually pay for the opportunity to climb the stairs.

Doctors from Kalmykia are trying to improve the critical situation with medical care in Anthracite. The city, occupied 12 years ago, was spared fighting and destruction. However, this did not save Anthracite from the outflow of personnel. There is a shortage of specialists in almost every field. Having received a higher education diploma, young people do everything not to return. State programs are unable to correct the imbalance. Therefore, the invaders place their only hopes on sending medical workers from the chief region - Kalmykia. They come only twice a year. They work directly in Anthracite, as well as in surrounding settlements, where medicine is even worse.
