In educational institutions of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community, as part of the celebration of Shevchenko Days, with the aim of delving into the work of T. G. Shevchenko and popularizing it among children and youth, an annual city creative competition “Poetic Field” named after T. G. Shevchenko was held.
The organization and holding of the Competition was entrusted to the Siverskodonetsk City Center for Extracurricular Education "DYVOSVIT".
More than 90 students and pupils of educational institutions of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community took part in the Competition. A third of them won prizes!
The jury members were presented with competition works from participants of different age categories (from 6 to 18 years old) in three nominations:
- "Poetry of T.G. Shevchenko. Lyrical Motifs" - readers;
- "Dedicated to T.H. Shevchenko" - drawings based on the works of the Kobzar;
- "Shevchenko inspires" - author's poems.
Jury Chair Viktoria KOSTYRIA, Head of the Organizational and Mass Department of the SMCPO "DYVOSVIT", and jury members: Yulia BOYARCHUK, Higher Category Teacher, Senior Teacher of the SCH "Siverskodonetsk Art School"; Olga PANARINA, Head of the Children's and Youth Vocal Ensemble "USMISHKA"" of the SMCPO "DYVOSVIT", noted that the presented creative works met the theme, conditions of the Competition and criteria for each of the nominations, and had a high artistic and aesthetic level.
