The financial company "VISIONFUND UKRAINE" ( http://www.visionfund.ua/ ) is launching a free online program "Financial Literacy of Entrepreneurs" - the first large-scale initiative in Ukraine that comprehensively focuses on finance for micro, small and medium-sized businesses. The program is inclusive and has no restrictions on participation.
Organizers plan to reach over 1,000 participants.
The program was created in response to current challenges faced by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (based on the results of the "Just About Finance" study, 2025), in particular:
- working capital deficit;
- difficult access to financing;
- high level of bank refusals for sole proprietors and small farmers;
- lack of practical knowledge for managing business finances in modern conditions in Ukraine.
Detailed information about the topics of the program blocks and speakers is available at the link: https://visionfund.delo.ua/ .
Unlike most business education programs, the initiative is fully focused on finance — from basic principles to preparing businesses to attract financing, including through government support programs, grants from international and Ukrainian organizations, bank and non-bank loans, investments, and other sources.
The program includes 21 modules with a total duration of over 40 hours, combined into four key blocks:
- financial stability of the business;
- mixed financing;
- growth models in Ukraine and the world;
- strategic development and action plan.
The training will take place online in the format of open lectures on YouTube, mentoring sessions with experts on Zoom, and practical tasks with the possibility of application in your own business. Participation in the program is free of charge. Registration is open at the link: https://visionfund.delo.ua/
