"The enemy used various types of weapons to attack settlements and fortifications of Ukrainian soldiers in the Luhansk region. In particular, he used mortars five times. He directed eight drones in our direction," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

Over three thousand children and young people from the so-called "LPR" have been militarized by the Russians in the Luhansk branch of the "Voin" military sports center for two years. They are taught how to operate unmanned systems, fire and tactical training, and military sports games are organized. Most of the courses on preparing for the front are designed for 362 hours, some last longer. The target audience is children and young people aged 14 to 35.

The Russians entrusted the exemplary reconstruction of the Ice Palace of Sports in Siverskodonetsk to a contractor with multi-million-ruble debts to employees and poor quality of previous repairs. This company has had wage debts in the city since 2023. However, the Russian security forces and the local occupation authorities are not interfering in the situation.
