In occupied Siverskodonetsk, only one notary continues to accept applications. The application deadline is September, that is, for the next 4.5 months. The queues are daily. Neither specialists nor persons with disabilities have time. The goal of the latter is not to be left without payments that the invaders threaten to withdraw. Recently, the process of reissuing permanent disability documents was extended until the end of 2027. This does not reduce the queues and does not solve the personnel component. It only proves once again the inability of the Russians to resolve organizational issues in 12 years.
