Siverskodonetsk Primary Health Care Center confirmed the status of a critically important enterprise for the community

As part of monitoring the activities of enterprises recognized as critically important for their communities, the Siverskodonetsk Primary Health Care Center's compliance with the requirements that are mandatory for obtaining such status was checked. No violations were found.

The NPE "SPHCMC" resumed its work in the city of Kamianske, and also opened additional places of provision of medical services in the city of Dnipro and in the city of Cherkasy.

Currently, the institution employs 13 doctors: three internists, nine general practitioners-family doctors and a pediatrician. As well as 16 general practice family medicine nurses, two of whom have higher education in the specialty "Nursing".

The institution registered 46,500 declarations about choosing a doctor who provides primary medical care.

The Siverskodonetsk Primary Health Care Center has concluded an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine for the "Primary Medical Care" package for 2025-2027, which allows patients, primarily IDPs, to receive medical care free of charge.

It should be noted that the specified package also includes the provision of primary psychological assistance.

In addition, after successful participation in a pilot project on the provision of "Extended primary health care services to certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine", an agreement was also signed with the National Health Service of Ukraine in this area.

In the first quarter of 2026 alone, 20,317 people received medical assistance at the center, 2,827 of them were children.

More than 2,500 electronic prescriptions were written, of which almost 2,000 were under the "Affordable Medicines" program. Almost 14,000 electronic referrals were created. 243 vaccinations were performed.

The Siverskodonetsk Primary Health Care Center conducts diagnostic examinations under the National Program "Health Screening 40+": electrocardiograms, blood pressure measurements, etc. In addition, under agreements with laboratories, the following are performed: a complete blood count with leukocyte formula, a complete urine test, blood glucose measurements, and total cholesterol.

The facility has rapid tests for pregnancy, troponins, HIV, viral hepatitis, and SARS-CoV-2.

Every week, medical workers of the NPE "SPHCMC" make visits to places of compact residence of displaced persons from Luhansk region and humanitarian hubs.
