4. Expected cost and justification of the expected cost of the subject of procurement: The expected cost of the subject of procurement is UAH 4,725,000.00. When calculating the expected cost, the Exemplary Methodology for Determining the Expected Cost of the Subject of Procurement, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine dated February 18, 2020 No. 275 (as amended), was used, in particular, the method of comparing market prices was applied by monitoring and analyzing market prices of identical procurements reflected in the PROZORRO electronic procurement system and carried out by other customers.
