The Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration has introduced an additional mechanism to support internally displaced persons in the community.
Let's be honest: people are often afraid of formalities, taxes, or losing subsidies, but we have implemented a tool that really helps both businesses and people find common ground.
Now, residents of our community who have found jobs at relocated enterprises will receive financial support from the local budget.
This is our way of thanking both sides. We support both the community residents who have found jobs and the relocated enterprises that continue to operate in Ukraine despite everything. You are strengthening the economy, strengthening defense capabilities, and making a real contribution to our common victory!
Work at relocated enterprises officially, help the country, and the Siverskodonetsk MBA will pay you an additional 20% on top of your salary!

Amount of benefit: 20% of the accrued salary for the quarter.
Maximum amount: up to 12,000 UAH at a time.
Frequency: payment once a quarter. Worked for three months — applied — received a bonus.

What are the conditions for obtaining it?
1. You are a resident of the Siverskodonetsk community.
2. You officially work at an enterprise or individual entrepreneur that relocated from the territories according to the List ( order No. 376 ).
3. Employment took place after 02/24/2022.
