From May 7, 2026, the State Geocadastre has ensured the implementation in the software of the State Land Cadastre of the functionality for the state registration of land plots on which residential buildings (except apartment buildings) are located, in territories where hostilities are (were) underway (except in cases where hostilities have been completed or the possibility of hostilities has been terminated) or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.
State registration of the specified land plots is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine “On the State Land Cadastre” and the Procedure for Maintaining the State Land Cadastre, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 17, 2012 No. 1051, taking into account the features established by subparagraph 26 of paragraph 27 and paragraph sixteen of paragraph 28 of Section X “Transitional Provisions” of the Land Code of Ukraine.
For state registration of land plots on which residential buildings (except apartment buildings) are located, in territories where hostilities are (were) ongoing (except if hostilities have been completed or the possibility of hostilities has been terminated) or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, a certified land surveyor engineer shall submit the following documents in electronic form through the electronic account of the electronic services web resource of the State Geocadastre ( https://e.land.gov.ua ):
-application for state registration of a land plot in the prescribed form;
-technical documentation on land management regarding land inventory, developed taking into account certain features;
-electronic document.
The electronic document submitted together with the technical documentation on land management regarding land inventory must necessarily contain the element "Information on the presence of features specified in subparagraph 26 of clause 27 and paragraph sixteen of clause 28 of section X "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine" (TemporarilyOccupiedZoneInfo) with filled in information on the presence of features (True).
