"In Kyiv, Warsaw, Berlin or New York - everywhere there are people who remember that they come from Luhansk Region and are ready to act for the future of the region. Therefore, the Youth Council under the Luhansk Region Autonomous Region took the initiative to introduce the civil institute of "Ambassadors of Luhansk Region," he noted and thanked the head of the Luhansk Region Autonomous Region, Oleksiy Kharchenko, for supporting the project.

For the purpose of practical implementation of this initiative, the “Regulations on Ambassadors of Luhansk Region” were approved by the order of the Head of the Regional State Administration No. 144 dated April 27, 2026 (you can read it at the link: https://lova.gov.ua/oda/documents/official/pro-zatverdzhennya-polozhenn… ).
The document defines that Ambassadors are persons who, using their authority and professional competence, contribute to the development of informational, economic and cultural cooperation with the institutions of the Luhansk region. Disseminate ideas about investment opportunities at the national level and among foreign partners abroad.
