In order to popularize national traditions and cultural heritage, raise citizens' awareness of the symbolism and significance of Ukrainian embroidery, promote respect for the historical and spiritual values ​​of the Ukrainian people and strengthen national identity, and draw attention to the preservation and development of folk art traditions, the National Festival "Code of the Nation" has announced a photo contest for the 20th anniversary of the All-Ukrainian Embroidery Day.

Those interested can submit their own creative photo projects in ten categories:

Embroidery in everyday life,

Embroidery of generations,

Embroidery and Ukraine,

Embroidery and children,

Embroidery of the world,

Embroidery in an image with meaning,

Embroidery as a brand,

Embroidery of a cinematic frame,

Embroidery and street style,

nomination for the most popular photo in embroidery.

Applications are accepted on the website https://ph.kod-natsii.com/ until May 31, and the winners will be announced on June 5 on the festival's social media pages.

As always, absolutely all profits from this event will be donated to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
