Hotline of the Ombudsman of Ukraine Dmytro Lubinets: 1678

For the convenience of citizens, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, has introduced an additional communication channel - a short hotline number 1678 , which can be called free of charge from a mobile phone.

Please note:

  • The previous hotline number - 0 800 50 17 20 - continues to operate as usual. A transition period is currently underway so that each applicant can choose a convenient method of communication;
  • For calls from abroad, a different phone number is available: +38 044 299 74 08.

Fri: from 9:00 to 16:45
