"The Russians fired from various types of weapons in the past day on the territory of our region. They struck three times with mortars. Twice - with barrel artillery and automatic grenade launchers. They directed 20 drones towards the Ukrainian defenders," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the region. "In the Lyman direction, the enemy made 18 attempts to advance near seven settlements."

The personnel crisis is spreading across the territory of the so-called "LPR". There are fewer and fewer specialists. Experienced people are trying to find work outside the occupied region with decent wages. Young people also intend to leave immediately. For example, in five months of the year, only 300 people under the age of 35 are employed there. That is, on average, only two people per day. For the most part, these are labor specialties and temporary jobs. And it does not even partially solve, for example, the problems of medicine.

The Russians are trying to create an artificial famine in Rubizhne. All suppliers suddenly refused to bring bread to the city. This situation is not observed in other front-line settlements. That is, Rubizhne was specifically chosen. Moreover, during the four years of occupation, the invaders did not even try to restore the work of local bakeries, because there is an instruction to promote the products of the bakery from Luhansk.
