"The Russians attacked 20 times in the Lyman direction over the past 24 hours. Fighting took place near nine settlements. In Luhansk region, the enemy struck with artillery, mortars, and automatic grenade launchers. They used eight drones. They stormed near Novoyehorivka and from the direction of Tverdokhlibovye," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the regional military administration.

A number of settlements in the Svativska and Troitska communities were left without electricity and water. Of course, mobile communication was lost next. The occupation authorities have not responded to numerous complaints from locals for a week. There is either no one to eliminate emergency situations, or there is no desire to do anything for ordinary people. Even the approaching elections do not motivate. They are not presidential, so the arbitrariness can continue.

In three months, it will be four years since the invaders promised to simplify crossing the border with the Russian Federation for residents of the so-called "LPR". The Russians have simply forgotten about them - both about the promise and about the residents of the occupied territories.
