"Over the past day, the enemy fired three times from automatic grenade launchers on the territory of our region. He also struck with mortars. He used a multiple launch rocket system. He carried out 18 drone drops and directed 13 fpv drones towards the Ukrainian defenders," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the regional military administration. He added that in the Lyman direction, the Russians stormed 16 times near six settlements.

In preparation for the September Duma elections, the invaders have intensified checks in the so-called "LPR" of citizens who do not wish to receive a Russian passport. For refusal to forcibly issue documents of the Russian Federation type and the future boycott of the involuntary manifestation, the invaders initially impose an administrative penalty of 40 thousand rubles. In the future, they continue to pressure, threatening deportation.

The invaders have launched training for UAV operators in Siverskodonetsk on the basis of a local Russian university, which is implementing activities in the premises of the relocated V. Dahl SNU. Recruitment of young people into the Russian army continues. Persons aged 18 and over are being recruited for the relevant courses - those who can soon be sent to the front.
