These technologies allow people with visual impairments or dyslexia to fully and unhinderedly use a computer, study, work, and independently access government and electronic services.

- NVDA (Non-Visual Desktop Access)
Operating system: Windows (for personal computers and laptops)
Description and functionality:
The world's leading free open source software. It has a full official Ukrainian interface localization, supports work with hotkeys, office suites, browsers, and integration of modern Ukrainian speech synthesizers.

Operating system: Android (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches)
Description and functionality:
Built-in native access service, provided free of charge. Provides full voice-over of content on the screen in Ukrainian, supports special gesture control, touch input, and audio guidance of user actions.

Operating system: iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS (Apple device ecosystem)
Description and functionality:
Native free screen access technology, fully integrated into Apple operating systems. At a high level, it provides accurate synthesis, clear reproduction of Ukrainian speech, description of interface elements, and navigation for people with visual impairments.

Please note: NVDA is completely free, does not require license keys or paid subscriptions, supports Braille, and has a special "Screen Curtain" mode to protect your personal data when working in public places.
Ukrainian speech synthesis for the above solutions is provided if an appropriate speech package or synthesizer is installed. The above list is not exhaustive and does not limit the user's right to use other solutions, including specialized commercial software, according to individual needs.
