19 children from the Siverskodonetsk community set off on a trip to the Republic of Lithuania. Once again, this trip was made possible thanks to the cooperation of the Siverskodonetsk city military administration with the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in the Luhansk region Robertas Gabulas , the city administration of Vilkaviškis district represented by the Mayor of Vilkaviškis (Siverskodonetsk's sister city) Algirdas Neiberkas in supporting the community residents in the evacuation.

Such rest is an important step in supporting the emotional and psychophysical state of children in wartime.

The children visited the municipality of Vilkaviškis, where they met with the mayor Algirdas Neiberka and the vice-mayor Daiva Rikliene. During the visit, there was quite lively communication, the leaders of the municipality were interested in their first impressions of the city and the district, entertainment events and wished them a good rest.

"We are happy to welcome you to the Vilkaviškis district. I hope that the time spent here will allow you to experience wonderful moments, make new friends, and bring home as many warm memories as possible," said the mayor.

The children's camp was organized with the budget of the Vilkaviškis municipality, the rich program was organized by the Vilkaviškis Children and Youth Center (VVJC).
