Dear Ukrainians!

The main thing for this day. I spent Stavka. We are working with weapons manufacturers to find a solution against the reactive "shaheeds" and other means that the Russians use against our people. The task is not easy, but there are already prototypes, and we need to ensure effective use and the necessary quantity in production as soon as possible. I thank all Ukrainian engineers, all developers, all manufacturers who offer effective solutions and ensure production. We need high-speed interceptors that will work quite effectively. Russian plans to use weapons are aimed precisely at terror against people and life. These are attempts to exhaust civilian life, to strike at the economy. Today, the Russians hit the Coca-Cola plant with their drone, and Coca-Cola is already such an enemy to them that they are burning it with their "shaheeds". A clear Russian signal to America - the Russians cannot help but know that this is an American enterprise. There will also be our asymmetric operations in response to these Russian tactics. Wherever Russian criminals hide, they will be found, and today there is another confirmation of this fact - confirmation in the territory of the Saratov region. It is also important that airlines that use Russian airspace continue to pay attention to the real situation, to the real danger. Today there are new signals from airlines about this, and we confirm that the Russian sky, due to the Russian war, has become a space for drones, not civilian aircraft. Drones are a concrete reality, unlike the words of Russian officials who are trying to reassure airlines. It is better to take care of safety and protect lives. I would like to note our combat aviation: now it is our aircraft that are doing their best to shoot down Russian jet "shaheeds", especially jet ones. The task of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and our diplomats is to scale the capabilities of our combat aviation. We will talk to partners - those who made promises to supply combat aircraft to Ukraine and corresponding joint work on maintaining the equipment, but have not yet fulfilled their obligations, our agreements. We need results.

I just held a meeting with the team that is engaged in negotiations with representatives of the American President. We are in communication with them practically 24/7 and are now preparing for the meetings. There are preliminary dates. We expect to see representatives of the American President here in Kyiv. We have confirmation from them: there will be a meeting with them in Moscow and Kyiv. We expect to meet in the coming days. This is very important. It is important that America continues to be active. We are ready to meet with them in Ukraine - on a level, meaningfully. Today I also spoke with a representative of India - the Indian Foreign Minister visited Ukraine. It is such strong countries that can add opportunities to diplomacy. India's position is clear: there should be an end to the war, and not Putin's attempts to make this war endless. We discussed with the Minister what is needed for this. Including from the point of view of the security of food exports in the Black Sea, which is suffering due to the Russian war. We must act, and not only with statements and not only with convictions, but also with the necessary economic instruments that have an impact on the aggressor. We are preparing appropriate meetings for September - so that the economic consequences are felt in Russia.

And one more thing.

I spoke with Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko on the situation between the Security Service of Ukraine and the Military District of the Ministry of Defense. There are already two suspects in the shooting: an SBU officer and a GUR officer. All other circumstances of what happened are also being checked - from the first day of this whole story. It is important that there is truth. And that such situations do not happen again. Therefore, the heads of these two bodies - the SBU and the GUR - will be assessed based on the results of an internal investigation. And there are already personnel decisions for both structures - the deputy heads who should be responsible for this situation will be dismissed. It is quite fair: both structures must be held accountable, both structures acted in a way that should definitely not be.
