The Luhansk Regional Youth Congress initiated a survey of the youth of the Luhansk region to ensure direct dialogue with young people and take their opinions into account in the activities of the Congress.

The survey provides an opportunity for young people from different territorial communities to express their own vision of current issues, identify areas that require the most attention, and share their proposals for the development of youth policy in the region.
