On this special day, we express our sincere gratitude to adoptive parents, foster parents, foster parents, guardians, and caretakers for their open hearts, kindness, responsibility, and willingness to give a child the most precious gift — a family .

Your daily care, love, patience and support change children's lives, help them feel needed, protected and happy. Thanks to you, children have the opportunity to grow up in a family environment, learn about the world, dream and build their future.

In conditions of martial law, the issue of protecting children's rights and ensuring their right to family upbringing takes on special importance. Today, many children need stability, protection, care and support from adults. That is why the development of family forms of upbringing, support for families and the creation of a safe environment for every child remain one of the important priorities.

Adoption Day is not only a celebration for those who have already found their family. It is also a reminder to the entire society that every child has the right to love, care, and a happy childhood in a family circle.
