"Care without barriers: support, information and help for everyone"
As part of the Accessibility Week, a series of informational and advisory meetings were held at the library of the cultural center of the Siverskodonetsk community in Dnipro, aimed at supporting community residents and ensuring equal access to important information and government programs.
One of the topics of the events was the state program "Affordable Medicines" - an important initiative that helps people receive necessary medications for free or with a partial co-payment.
During the training lessons, the participants were told in detail:
• how the “Affordable Medicines” program works;
• who can use the program;
• which drugs are included in the list;
• how to get an electronic prescription from your family doctor;
• how to check the availability of medicines;
• how to find a pharmacy participating in the program.
Conducting such consultations, training lessons, and information meetings contributes to the creation of an accessible information space and support for people who need help using government programs and services.
