Within the framework of the Comprehensive Target Program of the Siverskodonetsk Urban Territorial Community "Turbota" for 2026, 610 community residents received payments from January to March. A total of UAH 4,164,789 was paid in the first half of the year.

Of these, over UAH 2.5 million in one-time support was provided to 346 community residents in connection with treatment.

Over 600 thousand UAH in monthly cash assistance was paid to 114 families of the Siverskodonetsk community, where 116 children with disabilities and 105 people with disabilities since childhood are being raised.

Also encouraged are graduates who received a Certificate of Completion of Complete Secondary Education with Honors in 2026, students (pupils) of children's and youth sports schools and institutions of general secondary and extracurricular education in the community who became winners/prize winners of All-Ukrainian and International contests, competitions, etc.

Annual one-time financial assistance was provided to internationalist soldiers and liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, and monthly financial assistance for housing was provided to persons who were awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the City of Siverskodonetsk" and who reached their 80th birthday.
