Representatives of the Department of Education and heads of educational institutions of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community joined the work of a round table dedicated to the fundamental issues of the restoration of our state. The event, held in a mixed format, united managers, teachers and experts around the topic: "Vision of Ukraine's victory, the main character traits of defenders, factors of the return of youth to Ukraine."
Value orientations: from the character of a defender to the return of youth
During the discussion, special attention was paid to a critically important issue - the return of Ukrainian youth. Community educators shared their vision of what conditions should be created in deoccupied and restored cities so that the younger generation sees their future in Ukraine.
The key factors for sustainable return have been identified as:

- Self-realization: the opportunity for professional growth through innovation and support for youth initiatives.
Geospatial analysis is a new tool for managers
The practical part of the event was dedicated to the implementation of modern technologies in educational management. Participants were introduced to the capabilities of geospatial analysis tools that allow:
- Visualize the network of educational institutions: create digital maps for detailed planning of infrastructure restoration.
- Analyze migration processes: track the movement of education seekers to forecast network needs.
- Coordinate resources: effectively distribute the community's material and technical resources to ensure maximum accessibility of education.
