In 2026, all applicants registered or declared in the TOT or areas of active hostilities are eligible for admission under quota-2. This means that they participate in a separate competition for budget places and do not compete for them together with other applicants.

🔹Who enters based on the results of the NMT?

If you left before October 1, 2025, you enter according to the results of the National Medical Examination and participate in the competition for budget places under quota-2.

🔹Who can choose NMT or interview?

If you are still in the TOT or active hostilities area or left after October 1, 2025, you can apply based on the results of the NMT or pass interviews in NMT subjects at your chosen higher education institution.

Important: before submitting the first application, you must contact the admissions office of any higher education institution to register your right to special conditions for admission to YEDEBO. The applicant's electronic account can be registered on the YEDEBO portal. Submission of applications for bachelor's and medical master's degrees will last from July 19 to 18:00 on August 1.

Through your electronic account you can:
🔹 register for interviews and creative competitions;
🔹 submit applications;
🔹 track their status;
🔹 confirm the choice of study place.

Assistance with admission is provided by educational centers, which operate from June 1 to September 30. They provide support at all stages, and some processes can be completed remotely, even before departure.

Free housing is provided upon enrollment. Scholarships, state support, and assistance with adaptation are also provided.

If you are just planning to leave, as part of the initiative of the President of Ukraine, Bring Kids Back UA helps you leave free of charge, confidentially, and with full support — even without documents.

If you are not ready to enroll immediately, preparatory programs are available, including a "zero course".
