"Yesterday, the invaders attacked 20 times in the Slavyansk direction, another seven in the Lymansk direction. They intended to advance near ten settlements. On our front line, they opened fire with mortars on ten occasions. In five cases, they used drones of various types," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
Since February, the occupiers have allowed people to submit documents for an old-style passport once a week in Siverskodonetsk. Previously, this service could only be used by traveling to another city. Now, you have to wait in line on Wednesdays. Of course, it is impossible to register online if there is no Internet. After some time, the lucky ones are promised documents that are not biometric and will be valid for only five years. Starting from April 1, they will no longer be allowed to enter a number of countries with such passports.
There are more and more complaints about the poor quality of the local mobile network, which was introduced in Lysychansk, Rubizhne, and Severskodonetsk in the winter. The invaders boasted that they allowed the population to call emergency services from their mobile phones. However, this can only be used in certain places where there is coverage. In other cases, the call function does not work.
