"Yesterday, the enemy fired on the territory of our region with various types of weapons. In particular, it struck eight times with mortars. Seven times with cannon artillery. It also fired with a multiple launch rocket system. It also used automatic grenade launchers. It directed seven UAVs towards the Ukrainian defenders," said the head of the Luhansk region, Oleksiy Kharchenko.

The long-term lack of insulin in pharmacies in the so-called "LPR" was explained by an attempt to switch patients from imported drugs to Russian ones. This attempt was extremely unsuccessful, because insulin simply disappeared from the shelves a month ago. The drugs that saved the lives of thousands of Luhansk residents, according to the occupation administration, were previously purchased in "unfriendly" countries. New purchases are prohibited by the Kremlin.

The Russians are not going to build. On the contrary, in Siverskodonetsk they are preparing another apartment building for dismantling. Like the previous one dismantled, the object is located in the new districts of the city on the side of the exit to Luhansk. The occupiers seriously damaged the apartment building back in 2022 during the shelling and storming of the settlement. No work was carried out there for almost four years. And so in May 2026, the invaders decided to compile a register of people actually living in the destroyed building. It sounds like some kind of mockery.
