"In particular, the enemy attacked five times in the Lymanskaya sector. Another six times in the Slovianskaya sector. Fighting took place near five settlements. In the territory of our region, the enemy fired from automatic grenade launchers. He also actively used drones and FPV drones," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
In the so-called "LPR", about 900 km of water pipelines need urgent replacement. The total wear and tear of the water supply network has already exceeded 80%. Due to constant accidents every week, hundreds of thousands of residents of the occupied Luhansk region are left without drinking water for an indefinite period. The corresponding plan of measures against the invaders exists on paper. Its implementation deadline is 2030 with a possible extension to 2035. That is, work on some emergency areas will begin only in 8-9 years.
In 2025, 570 people who did not have Russian citizenship were deported from the occupied Luhansk region. The occupiers continue to selectively expel local residents from among those who did not receive a Russian passport. The corresponding lists have been compiled in each "municipality", but it is unknown who exactly the Russians will choose tomorrow for a demonstration deportation.
