"The enemy does not stop shelling the territory of Luhansk region. It uses all available weapons. In particular, the Russians struck four times with artillery. They also fired mortars in four cases. They also struck with automatic grenade launchers. They directed drones and FPV drones towards our defenders," Oleksiy Kharchenko, the head of the region, informed.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 13 times near three settlements.

In the so-called "LPR" there are 700 monuments dedicated to the Second World War in a state of disrepair. By the way, they belong to cultural heritage sites. However, neither in local budgets nor in the "young republican" budget has funds been provided for restoration. Neither in 2026, nor during the previous decade. Russians do not care about their own history when it requires significant investment.

In Luhansk, about eight thousand apartments are subject to the so-called "nationalization". The owners are given 30 days to resolve this issue in their own favor. According to the new regulations, which came into force in March, housing is considered ownerless if there is no data on it in the Russian registry. They can also seize an apartment for unpaid utility bills for a year. And also for being absent from the apartment for three consecutive months.
