"The invaders stormed the Lyman sector of the front 12 times yesterday. They tried to advance near four settlements. 23 drones were directed at the Ukrainian Defenders in the Luhansk region. Nine times they struck with cannon artillery. In six cases they used mortar installations. In two cases - multiple launch rocket systems. Twice more they fired from grenade launchers," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the region.

In the so-called "LPR", the order of the alert system has been changed. In many cities, you can recently find out about an air raid alert only from 8:00 to 21:00. At other times, the sirens do not turn on, even if the necessary equipment is installed. There are also no notifications in messengers - those that still work in the occupied Luhansk region. The Russians ordered local residents to consider the entire night time as potentially dangerous and to take appropriate measures on their own. The occupation authorities, as always, have removed themselves.

In several neighborhoods of Siverskodonetsk, drinking water was last supplied in the spring of 2022 - before the city was captured by the Russians. Since then, it has been impossible to use the centralized water supply there. Water is also not delivered. Restoration work has been promised for four years in a row. It has not started yet.
