"The Russians attacked eight settlements in the Lyman direction. In the past day, they stormed there 21 times. They struck 17 times with drones in the Luhansk region. They also hit seven times with artillery. Twice with automatic grenade launchers," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, the head of the region.
If a critical infrastructure facility breaks down in the occupied Luhansk region, the Russians are reluctant to repair it. The reluctance to do anything increases proportionally as they approach the front line. Thus, residents of the settlements of the Svativ region are on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe. Electricity and water supply facilities are not being repaired there. Evacuation is also not announced. They only advise to stock up on water and suffer.
The so-called "LPR" continues to actively archive evidence of Russian war crimes. Currently, local archives have accumulated almost two thousand relevant documents from over 800 cases. Most of them are stored locally and have no historical value for the Russians, so in the future they will become an evidence base against them.
