"The Russians shelled Ukrainian military positions in Luhansk Region 13 times. Most often, the enemy used unmanned aerial vehicles - seven attacks by FPV drones and explosives were recorded, as well as three mortar attacks, two strikes from automatic grenade launchers and one from barrel artillery. In addition, our armed forces were able to repel 21 attempts by the occupier to penetrate Ukrainian defenses in the Lyman direction," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

In the occupied Luhansk region, due to the inaction of the occupiers, people with disabilities and patients with limited mobility have actually found themselves in a state of humanitarian isolation, losing access to vital medical care. Safe transportation of patients to hospitals has become a critical problem: ambulances can take up to three days to arrive on call, and dispatchers refuse patients, citing a lack of fuel and a shortage of vehicles. The inability and unwillingness of the occupation administration to establish basic medical logistics forces relatives to transport patients to ordinary taxis on their own or to look for private carriers, the cost of whose services is absolutely unaffordable for the population of the region.

The Russian authorities continue their targeted policy of forced assimilation of Ukrainian children. Under the guise of celebrating the so-called “All-Russian Folklore Day,” children are forced to participate in activities to learn Russian songs, ditties, and folk games. The goal of the activities is to erase the national identity of young Ukrainians from an early age, to deprive them of their connection with their native heritage, and to artificially integrate them into the hostile cultural space of the aggressor state. The use of kindergartens for ideological indoctrination is another tool in a large-scale Russification campaign that grossly violates international humanitarian law.
