"Russian troops carried out 20 attacks on our positions in the Luhansk region. The enemy used artillery six times, mortars five times, and also carried out five strikes with FPV drones, two explosive drops from drones, and two attacks with automatic grenade launchers. In addition, the Russians tried to penetrate the Ukrainian defenses in the Lyman direction ten times," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional state administration.

A food craze is being recorded in Siverskodonetsk, caused by the mass refusal of suppliers to deliver goods to the city due to the worsening security situation. In local supermarkets, people have begun to actively buy up essential products. Due to the fear of drivers and logistics companies coming under fire, some retail stores are already warning customers about the lack of future deliveries. At the same time, entrepreneurs trying to take advantage of the situation are significantly raising prices for available products.

Residents of Alchevsk and almost 40 other settlements in Luhansk region are facing a large-scale water supply shutdown, which will last from July 27. The situation with drinking water in these territories, occupied since 2014, remains extremely critical: in many areas, the supply has been absent for more than a week, and in others, the water is turned on only for a few hours every few days, often ignoring even these limited schedules. The local population is forced to survive in conditions of severe shortage of basic utilities due to the inaction of the occupation administration.
