"Yesterday, the invaders tried to advance from the direction of Tverdokhlibovye. In total, they launched 14 assaults in the Sloviansk and Lyman directions. In the territory of Luhansk region, the enemy used mortars and artillery four times. They struck with automatic grenade launchers. They directed 15 drones in our direction, " Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional military administration, informed.

In the so-called "LPR", veterans of the coal industry were deprived of benefits for the provision of solid household fuel. Until the beginning of 2026, the occupation social security authorities provided them with a certain amount of subsidy per year for these purposes. However, all this was regulated by internal regulatory legal acts that lost their effect from the moment the "transition period" ended. Russian legislation does not provide for such benefits.

In Luhansk, the Russians have stepped up checks on men. Mobile patrols are organizing raids on public places – even shops. Checkpoints are set up at the exits from the city. Everyone moving in both directions is stopped for a full check.
