In Siverskodonetsk, the invaders demolished six high-rise buildings that they destroyed four years ago when they stormed and shelled the city. In the near future, they are preparing to dismantle 10 more. In total, the occupiers plan to demolish at least 70 apartment buildings that are seriously damaged. The Russians have not built any new housing in Siverskodonetsk during the years of occupation.

In the so-called "LPR", students will report on schoolchildren. From the student community, the invaders will form cyber squads and media patrols. They will be forced to monitor students' pages on social networks and look for content that, according to Russian law, has signs of being destructive. Young people will report what they find to Russian security forces.
