"On the Lymansk sector of the front, the Ukrainian military repelled five enemy assaults, which were trying to advance near four settlements. The enemy used all available weapons. For example, in the Luhansk region, it struck from a multiple launch rocket system. It tried to hit with cannon artillery. It directed seven FPV drones towards the Defense Forces and carried out two drone drops," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

In the so-called "LPR", the Russians are failing to prepare for the autumn-winter period. Work on heating mains is slightly more than 50% complete. At the same time, the preparation of gas and electricity grid facilities has been completed by only 30% in more than four months. There are less than two months left until the start of the heating season.

Four years ago, the Russians promised to quickly rebuild the destroyed cities of Luhansk region. Later, they moved on to the second stage, during which they boasted of the spectacular restoration of social facilities and houses that were not destroyed. Now it is time for the third stage - to destroy what survived. Thus, on one of the streets of Severskodonetska, the paving slabs that were laid until 2022 and remained intact during the assaults have disappeared. Now the pedestrian part of the street is buried in sand.
