They also directed 12 drones towards the Ukrainian defenders. They attacked the Lyman and Slovian directions 15 times," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional military administration.

The Russian authorities refuse to maintain the mines of the occupied Luhansk region. The relevant ministry confirmed that they do not have the funds to finance the Samsonivska-Zahidnaya, N.P. Barakov and Komsomolskaya coal mining enterprises. Currently, they are operating only in the life support mode. Since 2014, when the Russian Federation seized these territories, the mining operations at these facilities have not been repaired and the equipment has not been modernized.
