The Defense Council of the Luhansk region considered 21 requests from military units for the allocation of subventions from the local budget for the purchase of logistical (evacuation) ground robotic complexes, UAVs, vehicles and spare parts for their needs.

Despite the fact that the submitted proposals were previously reviewed by the Transparency and Accountability working group, only 13 applications from Defense Forces units in the amount of UAH 119.0 million were approved for funding. Eight requests were rejected by the council members.

Assistance from the communities of Luhansk Region will be received by: the 111th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade, the 117th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade, the Donetsk-Luhansk Rapid Response Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine; military unit T0440, the 3rd Border Detachment named after the Hero of Ukraine Colonel Yevheniy Pikus (the “Revenge” brigade), the 117th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade, the 3rd Directorate of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the 10th Army Corps, military units A4632, A4126, A9938.

For these units, DJI Matrice 4T quadcopters with software, VRO-1409 ground robotic complexes, Vidsich FPV drones, Bukovel-AERO radio jamming equipment, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Fly More Combo quadcopters, Starlink satellite communication stations, and specialized vehicles will be purchased.
