Dear Ukrainians!

It is important to be attentive to any threat, to air raid signals, even today. Intelligence information about the possibility of a massive strike remains relevant. We know that our partners have spoken to the Russians about this. There is no faith that anyone in Moscow will change their mind. Be sure to protect your life – react to dangers.

Our air defense, our mobile fire groups, our combat aircraft – all are ready as much as possible, taking into account supplies. The percentage of shooting down “shaheeds” by our soldiers is consistently above 90 – it is 90–93%. On cruise missiles and ballistics: we are working with all partners to ensure that there are new contributions to the PURL program, and we are looking for other ways to obtain missiles. Thank you to everyone who helps!

Today I would like to note our Ukrainian units that are carrying out our tasks on long-range sanctions and middle strikes: there are good results. Our plan for such sanctions is being implemented - in response to Russian strikes.

Thank you to all our soldiers who ensure the reach of such Russian goals, primarily military and fuel logistics in the temporarily occupied territory along the coast of our Sea of ​​Azov. Our drones are already reaching more and more into this depth of the temporarily occupied territory. This is already reflected in the fuel shortage in Crimea.

There is something to note about the SBS units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in deep strikes. There were defeats of Russian Tu-142 military aircraft, and the Iskander installation was also reached. There were hits on oil targets. The Armed Forces of Ukraine - in the Rostov region, the Security Service of Ukraine - in the Krasnodar region. This is what really affects the Russian potential for aggression, and Russia could have ended this war with peace long ago, but it chooses to prolong and expand the war.

It now threatens other neighboring countries, and much more openly than before. Every neighbor of Russia has heard the words about Armenia, whose people are the only ones who have the right and will choose the future for their country. And what Russia says about Armenia is actually not about it alone. We all need to think more about security and take more joint steps so that political partnerships work and so that there are modern defense production, modern defense competencies, as well as the most extensive, diversified economic ties. So that no one depends on Russia and does not give them the tools to blackmail the peoples.

We very much hope that the positions of Europe on these issues – and of the European Union above all – will be principled, strong and timely. No one can be left without support. Europe has no right to lose any of its peoples, to miss any of its countries. Armenia must be supported. Moldova must be supported. The Baltic States. Azerbaijan must be supported. We must find ways to support the people of Georgia, and this is a common European task. No one can be lost. And I am grateful to everyone in Europe who supports us, supports Ukraine – who supports us sufficiently and with precisely those decisions, precisely those steps that can really help us.

Today I held a meeting: Budanov, Umerov, Shmyhal. We are trying to activate all channels of communication with the United States of America. We expect that there will be visits and negotiations. At the team level, we are constantly communicating about this. We need to continue exchanges. In early May, it was through the mediation of America that we agreed on the 1000 by 1000 format. We need to implement all this. There will be new negotiations in Europe as well – we are now actively preparing for them.

I would also like to separately thank Azerbaijan for its very tangible energy support for our country. We are also working with Azerbaijan in the security sector so that our Ukrainian security experience and the competence of our soldiers can help our friends.
