I wish you health, dear Ukrainians!

We are now preparing for a very busy week - the week of diplomacy. We can do a lot if our partners hear us and support the proposals that really bring the end of the war closer. There will be a week of the UN General Assembly - various events, meetings. Already on the schedule - almost two dozen meetings with leaders of different countries, from all parts of the world - with everyone who has long supported Ukraine and who is among our new partners. The first meetings are tomorrow. We are also planning a meeting with the President of the United States of America this week. There will be a significant event regarding the return of Ukrainian children who were abducted by Russia - the summit is truly global in this regard. It is important that the week gives the world a mood for strong actions - without force, peace will not prevail.

The European Union has already generally agreed on the 19th package of sanctions against Russia, and we are counting on prompt approval. These weeks there have been sanctions from other countries: from Japan and Australia to Britain. Pressure on the Russian oil fleet, on Russian energy trade. Pressure on all Russian schemes for circumventing sanctions, in particular through cryptocurrency. Thank you Europe for this pressure. I am sure: there must be a move by the United States. Putin must believe that the United States does not care and that strong steps will be taken.

I want to thank both America and all our partners for the fact that the PURL program is working - our new program, which allows us to purchase American weapons with the funds of NATO partners. These are missiles for Patriots, for Highmars, other weapons - everything is very effective. In October, we expect to additionally replenish this program. We also have the first proposals to partners regarding the export of Ukrainian weapons - modern, this will be a controlled export of our weapons, in particular, naval drones. The security of sea routes is an integral part of general security, and it depends on many nations. Ukraine offers all its reliable partners our developments, which helped us in the Black Sea. We are counting on strong contracts. We are also preparing new long-term steps for the financial stability of Ukraine, and this applies primarily to Russian assets. It is necessary for Russian assets to work more to protect against Russian aggression and to restore our country. We will also talk to our partners about this.

Today, there have already been several reports by Commander-in-Chief Syrsky: the border areas, the front, our counter-offensive operation in the area of ​​Dobropillya and Pokrovsk. I want to thank all the soldiers, I want to thank each unit for the results and the truly strong defense of our state, our independence. The next week should make both our diplomatic positions and our army even stronger - for sure.
