President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 341/2026 of April 26, 2026, according to which many participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident were awarded. Residents of our region were also honored.

For their significant personal contribution to overcoming the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster, demonstrated dedication and high professionalism, many years of fruitful public activity, and in connection with the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, the members of the board of the public organization "Chernobyl Veterans of the city of Severskodonetsk" Mark Reutov and Pavlo Fialkovsky were awarded the Order of Merit of the 3rd degree.
