Retraining programs for women from Reskilling Ukraine

Reskilling Ukraine is a project to retrain and support women in their careers in Ukraine, implemented by the Swedish non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet with the support of the Swedish government, private foundations, and businesses.

The project aims to empower women and increase their participation in the labor market by providing educational programs and retraining opportunities.

Currently, applications are open for free training programs in the following areas:

The training involves a combination of theoretical training and practical classes, which allows participants to obtain the necessary professional skills for further employment.

Course participants receive:

  • constant support and guidance for the team throughout the training;
  • access to current vacancies from employers and assistance with employment;
  • free accommodation and meals during training.
