Our blue-and-yellow flag has long ceased to be just an official symbol. It is our heart, our unity, our dignity, and our indomitable will. For the whole world, it has become a manifesto of freedom and a sign of the indomitability of the Ukrainian people.

It is under this flag, holding it close to their hearts and on their chevrons, that our soldiers daily defend their native land, destroy the occupiers, and step by step bring our Victory closer. It is raised with awe in liberated cities, it is guarded during occupation as the most precious treasure, and it is wrapped around those returning from captivity.

We know for sure: the day will come and our flag will proudly fly over the Ukrainian cities of Siverskodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Kreminna, Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea, and all temporarily occupied cities and villages.

We wish each of us reinforced concrete strength, unity, peace after the Victory, and prosperity for our state.
