I wish you health, dear Ukrainians!
Today I held a selector at the government level and all our regions on the energy sector. We are already preparing for next winter, gradually restoring what the Russian strikes destroyed this winter. Resilience plans have been approved throughout the country, for each region. Implementation has already begun. Road repairs are underway after the winter. It is important at the community level, at the regional government level, not to waste time. Every facility that matters must be protected. There are clear tasks for regions and major cities for alternative generation and for the restoration of facilities. Now government officials have provided the necessary resources and the necessary solutions to add cogeneration plants to the system. All this is important, it ensures life. Two hundred and forty-five facilities across the country are already in operation, we started this work, despite the real problem, the lack of finances: the European support package for 90 billion euros for Ukraine is still blocked. The problem is that the Europeans cannot find a solution and fulfill what they promised. Five billion from this package were supposed to go to Ukraine's preparation for winter and for operational recovery. We expect that a solution will still be found. We are currently working with the resources we have, I am grateful to the government for this work, to everyone in the regions, in regional authorities, in cities who are helping us. Protecting the energy sector, our critical infrastructure is an absolute priority.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, was at the report today - he reported on many issues. First of all, I want to thank the units of the National Guard, Border Guard Service, and National Police of Ukraine, which, together with all our Defense and Security Forces, protect the state. Today, we also discussed the logistical needs of the relevant units. And special attention is paid to work with veterans, in particular through the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This applies to the rehabilitation of veterans, treatment, and everyday real attention - this is very important. Thank you.

Ukraine participates in all formats of interaction with partners for the sake of greater security and greater our joint strength. We continue to work now with countries that are under attack from the Iranian regime. There are new agreements, Ukraine will be even more represented in new security formats. This will definitely strengthen our export capabilities and Ukrainian defense potential. Rustem Umerov will report in detail tomorrow on this work for this week - on each country: from the Gulf to Turkey. And the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga today took part in a joint format with Europeans and other partners on the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, on the problems that exist with freedom of navigation. This is important in general for the global state of affairs and global security. Ukraine has the appropriate expertise in sea routes, in protecting and restoring traffic, if partners are ready to act, we will consider how we can strengthen them, how we can add our expertise, knowledge and technological potential. Now it is impossible to imagine real security without Ukraine. I thank everyone who understands this. Thank you to everyone we already work with. And only together.
