If the employer does not fulfill the terms of the employment contract, you can do the following:

• Contact the employer with a written request to eliminate violations and fulfill the terms of the employment contract. You can also contact the trade union body, if you are a member of a trade union organization, for help and support.
• Submit a written complaint to the State Labor Service of Ukraine for advice and assistance.
• Apply to the court with a claim to establish the fact of violations by the employer of the terms of the employment contract, restoration of violated rights and a claim for compensation for moral and material damage. You can use the services of a lawyer or other representative of your choice. You can also apply to the court for the help and support of a trade union organization, if you are a member of it.

Do not accept the violation of your rights and the terms of your employment contract by your employer. Declared work is your future and your dignity!
