We continue to collect feedback from the winners of our raffle of preferential housing loans for IDPs 60+ — and we are glad that our residents have a little optimism, despite everything!
Marina Bespalova shared her experiences with us: "I've been in complete shock for several days now! Thank you, I'm very pleased, but I'm also nervous - I'm worried about whether everything will work out. I'm collecting documents now, and I've written down the administration's phone numbers in case I need help."
Volodymyr Ipatenko is also a little worried, but he keeps his faith in the best: "I am very happy and very grateful. I am grateful to the Lord God that I won, and I am grateful to our administration for this opportunity. In Siverskodonetsk, I had a three-room apartment, a garage, a car - everything. And now I have to live in a dormitory. Maybe now luck has finally smiled on me in my old age. But I will finally believe in luck when I lie down in my own clean bed in my own apartment. This will be real joy."
Tamara Piltenko is also optimistic: "Emotions are overwhelming, I have goosebumps from happiness! I was left with nothing, and then suddenly our beloved Siverskodonetsk administration offers me something like this - it's very nice. I didn't watch the draw, because I work. And then suddenly a colleague, whose mother also participated in the draw, ran up to me and congratulated me. I almost lost consciousness from happiness. It's a pity that there is so little time to look for an apartment, but I have very good children - they help me, give me advice. They say that everything will be fine. That's how optimistic we are! Thank you and I convey my joy to everyone, so that it may multiply."
