The Ukrainian Veterans Fund of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, with the support of the NATO Mission in Ukraine, within the framework of the Human Centric Framework program, provides a free psychological and legal support hotline - 0 800 33 20 29.

The line has been operating since 2022 and has processed over 80,000 applications during this time. To better understand the needs of veterans, the Foundation initiated a sociological survey.

The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand:

- do residents of our region know about the opportunity to receive free psychological and legal assistance?

- which sources of information are the most convenient and effective;

- what services or explanations are missing the most?

Based on the survey results, an information campaign will be developed to direct resources to where information is lacking. The accuracy of this data will directly determine how many people in the region will know where to turn for help.
