As part of cooperation with the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Society of the Deaf, the Siverskodonetsk ASC has received permanent access to the web-system "UTOG Service" to receive translation services into Ukrainian Sign Language (from Ukrainian Sign Language).

The goal of this collaboration is to improve the accessibility of our administrative services for people with hearing impairments.

What options are available:

1. Video call with a sign language interpreter: For anyone who needs help communicating, a video conference with a sign language interpreter will be organized, which will allow them to communicate effectively and receive the necessary services.

2. ⁠Accessibility: This service will be available in the Siverskodonetsk ASN and the VRM, which will greatly facilitate access to administrative services for people with hearing impairments.

We hope that these innovations will help create comfortable conditions for people, ensuring equal access to all services.
